This track was inspired by ghettotech, detroit techno vibes plus my love of 90s and 00s hip hop - sampled, chopped up. The track has already been played on Reprezent and Balamii and made its IRL debut on Yung Singh presents Daytimers Boiler Room - and since then I’ve had people hitting me up asking for it. Also been hit up by Frazer Ray, Breaka and others who wanted to hear the tracks I’ve been making.

My previous track Pani Puri Pirates from Daytimers’ compilation DT002 has been played in Hong Kong, London, Australia, America and more - and has been played by the likes of Breaka, Keep Hush, Frazer Ray, Ayesha, on Boiler Room, and more.

Kiran is an A&R for 4NC¥, a Project Manager, DJ, and producer based in London. He’s part of two collectives at the forefront of South Asian creativity in the UK – Juice and Daytimers – which are aiming to change the narrative and challenge stereotypes around South Asian people.

Juice is a magazine and platform that celebrates and supports South Asian creatives and Kiran has interviewed boundary pushing artists like Surya Sen, Oceantied and PAV4N.

He is also part of Daytimers, a collective of South Asian DJs, Producers and Creatives looking to celebrate and push the boundaries of South Asian artistry. Kiran helped put together their first two compilations – albums full of solely South Asian producers, their 24HR livestream (with an all-South Asian DJing line-up) which raised over £13,000 for charity, their first live event at Colour Factory in London and, alongside some other talented DJs, will be hosting their new monthly show on Reprezent.

He’s also an A&R for 4NC¥ - a multi-genre, electronic focus label created by Foreign Beggars founder PAV4N.

As a DJ, he’s had sets at Borderline, Peckham Levels, Colour Factory, Balamii, 4NC¥ Radio, Reprezent, Boxout, Worldwide FM and NTS, and was featured in Trench Magazine’s Mixes of the week. As a Producer, his range of tracks have been played on Reprezent, Keep Hush, Balamii, BBC, Boiler Room, and more across the world.
